Passionate for wine, our travels have allowed us to taste some of the best the world has to offer. Arriving here on Hvar we were enchanted by the number of amazing producers working only by hand with traditional grape varieties on their steep, sprawling vineyards surrounded by the sea. The winds dry the grapes after the rain; the sun is intensive on the south side for producing full body reds while lighter on the north face for more elegant whites. The weather patterns, local grapes varieties and microclimates of the island instil the delicate aroma and taste, which are specific to this region.
